In addition to serving as the CEO of an Australian financial services training organization, Alexandra has worked at the C-Suite level in diverse cultures across four continents leading on-site, hybrid, and fully remote teams for large and small organizations. Over the past 30 years, she has worked in most core organizational areas including Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Investor Relations, Client Services, and Corporate Strategy.
Alexandra’s key strategic skills are in the areas of conflict resolution, human resource management (particularly in the areas of motivation and engagement), organizational change and renewal, branding and marketing, cross-cultural communications, technical writing, and new business development.
Alexandra received her BA (Honours) in History from St Lawrence University in New York and her MA in International Affairs (Conflict Resolution) from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University in Ottawa. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course™ and completed the Human Resources Management Certificate at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver. She has undertaken advanced professional training in negotiation, business administration, corporate governance, and human resources management.
Alexandra’s recreational passions include sailing, travel, reading, creative writing, and learning new languages.

With an academic background in Psychology, Julia contributes her profound understanding of the challenges of virtual work to develop compelling client solutions that reflect dynamic market trends.
Julia’s strategic skillset extends beyond conventional communications design with a particular interest in implementing digital technologies for intuitive visual communications. Her proficiency in crafting compelling narratives is reflected in delivering consistent results that resonate with target audiences.
